Every invitation is bound to the invited email address — a forwarded link does not work. Invitations expire after 14 days and can be revoked; new team members simply create their own account when they accept.

A personal Training Record
Every learner keeps a free Training Record of what they completed. It belongs to the person, stays free, and does not depend on a subscription.
DCT Certification you can verify
After finishing the course, a learner can earn the DCT Certification — a personal, one-time purchase with a public verification address. The employee shares the link; you check name, course, issue date and validity, no account needed on your side.
A verifiable Certificate of Completion, issued by Datacenter Training — not an accredited qualification.
Admins manage members, invitations, seats and billing. Learning progress and records belong to the learner — the company portal does not look into them.
