Course
Data Center Technician
Thirteen missions that walk you through the job the way a shift would: read the ticket, decide what to touch, live with the consequences.
More than a traditional data center course.
Instead of watching videos, you work with realistic tickets, racks, hardware, incidents, access procedures, and troubleshooting scenarios inside a simulated data center hall.
